COLLEGE FOOTBALL WEATHER REPORT — SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2026

Wind and rain are the main weather concerns on Saturday’s FBS slate. Atlanta and Boone have the strongest combination, with additional windy games in Lincoln, Nashville, Lexington, Memphis and Salt Lake City. These forecasts cover the game window.

DUKE AT GEORGIA TECH

Temperatures around 69–71°F in Atlanta. E winds around 20 mph during the game, with gusts of 33–36 mph. Gusts up to 45 mph are possible in the surrounding area. Rain is expected, with thunderstorms possible. A high wind warning and flood watch are in effect.

OLD DOMINION AT APPALACHIAN STATE

Temperatures around 54–55°F in Boone. E winds of 18–21 mph, with gusts around 34–36 mph. Rain is expected throughout the game and could become heavier during the afternoon. A flood watch begins before kickoff.

INDIANA AT NEBRASKA

Temperatures rising from approximately 77°F into the mid-80s in Lincoln. S winds of 17–19 mph, with gusts around 33–35 mph. Dry conditions are expected, with essentially no rain chance.

OLE MISS AT VANDERBILT

Temperatures around 67–69°F in Nashville. ENE winds of 15–18 mph, with gusts around 30–35 mph. Rain is expected, with thunderstorms possible. A wind advisory and flood watch cover the game window.

LSU AT KENTUCKY

Temperatures falling from approximately 64°F toward 59°F in Lexington. E winds of 16–20 mph, with gusts around 27–32 mph. Rain is likely, with a game-window precipitation chance near 80%.

UAB AT MEMPHIS

Temperatures around 63–64°F. N winds near 21 mph at kickoff, easing toward 15–18 mph during the game. Gusts around 30–33 mph are possible early. Showers remain possible, with a precipitation chance around 50%.

KANSAS AT UTAH

Temperatures around 68–71°F in Salt Lake City. S winds of 14–18 mph, with gusts around 31–35 mph. Showers are possible during the game, with a precipitation chance around 50%. A wind advisory is in effect.

WAKE FOREST AT NC STATE

Temperatures around 66–68°F in Raleigh. E winds of 13–14 mph, with gusts increasing from approximately 23 mph toward 27 mph. Rain is likely during the game.

RICE AT EAST CAROLINA

Kickoff has been moved to 1 p.m. ET. Temperatures around 72–73°F in Greenville, with E winds of 13–16 mph and gusts around 22–26 mph. Showers are likely during the game window.

SOUTH CAROLINA AT FLORIDA

Temperatures around 83–84°F in Gainesville. S winds of 12–15 mph, with gusts around 23–26 mph. Showers are possible, with rain chances increasing during the afternoon.

COASTAL CAROLINA AT MARSHALL

Temperatures falling from approximately 64°F into the upper 50s in Huntington. E winds of 9–12 mph, with gusts around 21–24 mph. Rain is likely during the evening.

GEORGIA AT ALABAMA

Temperatures around 64–67°F in Tuscaloosa. S winds near 16 mph at kickoff, easing toward 13–15 mph, with gusts around 20–25 mph. Showers remain possible. The game remains scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET.

JAMES MADISON AT GEORGIA SOUTHERN

Temperatures around 74–77°F in Statesboro. SE winds of 9–13 mph, with gusts around 20–25 mph. Rain is likely near kickoff, with lighter winds later in the game.

HAWAII AT ARIZONA STATE

Temperatures around 79–83°F in Tempe. ESE winds of 6–7 mph, with gusts around 13 mph. Showers are possible, with a game-window precipitation chance around 55%.
