NFL Injury Update: Baltimore’s QB Situation Worsens; Cardinals Lose Jeremiyah Love

Tuesday, November 3 — Week 9 Injury Watch

BALTIMORE: The Ravens’ quarterback concerns extend beyond Lamar Jackson’s right-thumb injury. Tyler Huntley remained sidelined Tuesday with a toe injury, leaving undrafted rookie Joe Fagnano in line to start Thursday against Jacksonville. Fagnano practiced with his ankle heavily taped after getting injured against Buffalo. His availability still needs confirmation. Baltimore added Kedon Slovis from Green Bay’s practice squad. Kicker Tyler Loop also missed Tuesday’s practice with a groin injury; Jake Moody is expected to handle kicking duties Thursday.

JACKSONVILLE: Leading running back Bhayshul Tuten was not spotted during Tuesday’s open practice session while dealing with ankle and foot injuries. His absence would be significant after Sunday’s 159-yard, two-touchdown performance against Indianapolis. Chris Rodriguez Jr. could take on a larger role, although he was limited on Monday’s estimated report with a hand injury. Neither situation should be treated as a confirmed Thursday absence yet.

ARIZONA: NFL Network reports that rookie running back Jeremiyah Love is headed to injured reserve with a high-ankle sprain and is expected to miss four to five weeks. That removes him from Arizona’s plans for Sunday’s game at Seattle.
