NFL WEEK 7 INJURY REPORT — WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2026

ARIZONA CARDINALS

RB Jeremiyah Love missed Wednesday’s practice with an ankle injury. DT Walter Nolen III and S Andrew Wingard also were unavailable, while S Budda Baker and OT Jedrick Wills were dealing with illness. Love’s availability remains a backfield concern against Denver; missing practice does not establish that he is out Sunday.

ATLANTA FALCONS

CB A.J. Terrell returned to limited practice after Atlanta opened his injured-reserve return window. He still needs activation before playing. RB Brian Robinson (hamstring), pass rushers Za’Darius Smith (neck) and Samson Ebukam (hamstring), and CB Avieon Terrell (hamstring) were limited. LB Divine Deablo (forearm) and DB Billy Bowman (hamstring) did not practice. Coverage and pass-rush availability remain important against San Francisco.

BALTIMORE RAVENS

QB Lamar Jackson returned as a limited participant with his ankle injury. That is progress, but his Sunday availability and mobility remain unresolved. WR Rashod Bateman was limited with a shoulder injury. Jackson’s participation over the next two practices is the biggest variable against Cincinnati.

BUFFALO BILLS

Bye week; no Week 7 game designation.

CAROLINA PANTHERS

OLB Jaelan Phillips is not expected to play Sunday because of his hamstring injury. OLB Thomas Incoom also was listed as a nonparticipant with a calf injury. Wednesday’s report was an estimated walkthrough report. Carolina’s pass-rush depth is the concern against Tampa Bay.

CHICAGO BEARS

Thursday’s final designations: RB Kyle Monangai (thumb/toe) and LB Jack Sanborn (concussion) are OUT. LB T.J. Edwards (hamstring) is DOUBTFUL. CB Tyrique Stevenson (hip) is QUESTIONABLE despite practicing fully Wednesday. Chicago’s linebacker depth is the clearest concern against New England.

CINCINNATI BENGALS

S Kyle Dugger was limited Wednesday with a quadriceps injury. His game status remains unsettled; the concern is safety availability against Baltimore.

CLEVELAND BROWNS

RB Quinshon Judkins (ankle) was limited. Teven Jenkins (back), Elgton Jenkins (knee) and Carson Schwesinger (ankle) missed practice.

DALLAS COWBOYS

CB Cobie Durant’s hamstring remains a return-to-play watch. Dallas has reported encouraging progress, but Monday-night availability still needs confirmation. The Cowboys’ first formal practice report for the Philadelphia game is Thursday; last week’s designations should not be carried forward as current.

DENVER BRONCOS

OLB Jonah Elliss’ lower-leg injury is not considered season-ending, according to Sean Payton. His immediate availability and whether injured reserve will be necessary remain unresolved. Denver’s edge-rush rotation needs monitoring against Arizona.

DETROIT LIONS

Wednesday’s report was estimated. S Brian Branch (Achilles) and C Cade Mays (wrist) were estimated as full participants, but both still need activation before returning. CB Rock Ya-Sin was estimated limited with a hamstring injury. Branch and Mays could provide meaningful reinforcement if activated.

GREEN BAY PACKERS

QB Jordan Love (back) was estimated limited during Wednesday’s walkthrough. WRs Matthew Golden (shoulder), Christian Watson (ankle) and Savion Williams (ankle), plus G Aaron Banks (knee/toe), also were estimated limited. WR Bo Melton (back) was estimated out of practice. Monitor the quarterback and receiver cluster rather than treating these Wednesday entries as final game designations.

HOUSTON TEXANS

RB David Montgomery (groin), TE Dalton Schultz (quadriceps), OTs Trent Brown (wrist) and Blake Fisher (thumb) missed practice. Defensively, S Reed Blankenship (concussion/hand), S Jalen Pitre (shoulder) and LB Azeez Al-Shaair (knee) also were nonparticipants. Protection and defensive coverage depth are the main concerns against the Giants.

INDIANAPOLIS COLTS

CB Sauce Gardner (calf), TE Tyler Warren (groin), G Matt Goncalves (ankle) and WR Anthony Gould (concussion) did not practice. TE Andrew Ogletree also missed with an ankle injury. Jonathan Taylor’s limited participation was rest-related. The injury concerns are coverage, tight-end availability and protection against Minnesota.

JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS

Bye week; no Week 7 game designation.

KANSAS CITY CHIEFS

WR Rashee Rice (hamstring/knee), OT Jaylon Moore (concussion) and OT Josh Simmons (back/personal) did not practice. TE Travis Kelce (ankle) and CB L’Jarius Sneed (knee) were limited. The tackle and pass-catcher combination is the key concern against Seattle.

LAS VEGAS RAIDERS

DT Tonka Hemingway remains in concussion protocol. WR Dont’e Thornton is working through his return window from a hamstring injury, with activation still unconfirmed. Hemingway’s clearance and Thornton’s readiness need confirmation before Sunday against the Rams.

LOS ANGELES CHARGERS

Bye week; no Week 7 game designation.

LOS ANGELES RAMS

The Rams’ latest medical updates include WR Davante Adams’ ruptured hamstring, expected to cost six to ten weeks, and DT Poona Ford’s season-ending triceps injury. DL Kobie Turner is facing a multiweek absence with a groin injury. CB Trent McDuffie’s groin remains a game-week decision. These are substantial receiving and defensive-front losses against Las Vegas.

MIAMI DOLPHINS

RB Jaylen Wright (foot) and WR Caleb Douglas (ankle) were limited Wednesday. CB Reese Taylor did not practice with a quadriceps injury. Their Sunday availability remains unconfirmed; monitor the backfield and receiver depth against the Jets.

MINNESOTA VIKINGS

WR Justin Jefferson (ankle), OT Brian O’Neill (knee) and CB James Pierre (foot) were limited. TE T.J. Hockenson and OT Christian Darrisaw practiced fully while working through concussion issues; full participation alone does not establish final protocol clearance. RB Jordan Mason (thumb) also needs activation before returning.

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS

Thursday’s final designations: G Ben Brown (knee), G Alijah Vera-Tucker (hamstring), CB Carlton Davis III (neck), CB Channing Canada (hamstring) and CB Karon Prunty (hamstring) are OUT. OT Morgan Moses (foot), S Kevin Byard III (chest), LB Christian Elliss (chest) and S Craig Woodson (shoulder) are QUESTIONABLE. The guard and cornerback clusters are significant against Chicago.

NEW ORLEANS SAINTS

RB Alvin Kamara (back), LB Kaden Elliss (calf) and EDGE Anfernee Jennings (knee) were limited. G Cesar Ruiz missed practice with a knee injury. K Daniel Carlson was absent for personal reasons. Monitor the running game, interior protection and kicking availability against Pittsburgh.

NEW YORK GIANTS

J.J. McCarthy is expected to start against Houston. The protection situation bears watching: OTs Andrew Thomas (groin), Jermaine Eluemunor (calf) and Marcus Mbow (knee) did not practice. LB Tremaine Edmunds (shoulder), S Jevon Holland (concussion) and CB Greg Newsome II (concussion) also missed.

NEW YORK JETS

RB Breece Hall (quadriceps) and EDGE Joseph Ossai (ankle) did not practice. WR Adonai Mitchell (finger), G Dylan Parham (knee), EDGE Will McDonald IV (toe) and DL T’Vondre Sweat (elbow) were limited. Hall’s participation is the main offensive watch against Miami.

PHILADELPHIA EAGLES

QB Jalen Hurts remains out for the season with blood-clot complications. RB Saquon Barkley’s hamstring availability requires a current-week update. G Landon Dickerson’s possible return from his knee injury also remains a watch. Philadelphia’s first formal practice report for Monday night comes Thursday.

PITTSBURGH STEELERS

CB Jalen Ramsey (wrist), CB Brandin Echols (hamstring), DT Sebastian Joseph-Day (triceps) and WR Ben Skowronek (calf) did not practice. EDGE Alex Highsmith (groin) and RB Rico Dowdle (knee) were limited. T.J. Watt and Cameron Heyward’s absences were rest-related. The secondary and Highsmith’s availability are the injury concerns against New Orleans.

SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS

Kyle Shanahan said WR Mike Evans (Achilles), WR Deebo Samuel (hamstring), EDGE Nick Bosa (calf) and CB Upton Stout (shoulder) were expected to sit out Wednesday. Those coach-reported absences do not automatically establish Sunday OUT designations. The receiver cluster and Bosa’s progress are central against Atlanta.

SEATTLE SEAHAWKS

The latest coach update has TE Elijah Arroyo facing a significant absence with a shoulder injury. RB Zach Charbonnet (knee) and G Anthony Bradford (knee/hip) are potential reinforcements, but activation and game availability still need confirmation. Returning to practice is not the same as being cleared to play.

TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS

QB Baker Mayfield practiced fully with his right-thumb injury—a positive step toward returning, though Sunday’s start is not yet confirmed. WR Emeka Egbuka (concussion/foot), OT Luke Goedeke (calf), RB Bucky Irving (illness) and CB Zyon McCollum (illness) did not practice. Mayfield’s progress helps, but the protection and receiving concerns still matter against Carolina.

TENNESSEE TITANS

WR Calvin Ridley (hip), S Tony Adams (ankle) and S Kevin Winston Jr. (quadriceps) were limited Wednesday. RB Tyjae Spears’ absence was rest-related. Ridley’s progress and safety availability are the principal injury watches against Cleveland.

WASHINGTON COMMANDERS

Bye week; no Week 7 game designation.
