NFL FRIDAY INJURY REPORT — OCTOBER 23, 2026

ARIZONA CARDINALS
RB Jeremiyah Love (ankle), OL Jon Gaines II (knee), DL Walter Nolen III (ankle) and S Andrew Wingard (knee) are OUT. S Budda Baker (groin/illness), DL Darius Robinson (back), CB Max Melton (knee) and reserve QB Carson Beck (back) are QUESTIONABLE. Arizona has uncertainty at several levels of its defense.

ATLANTA FALCONS
RB Brian Robinson (hamstring), LB Divine Deablo (forearm), OT Michael Jerrell (biceps) and DB Billy Bowman Jr. (hamstring) are OUT. QUESTIONABLE: CB A.J. Terrell (groin), CB Avieon Terrell (back), CB C.J. Henderson (groin), DT Gervon Dexter (hamstring), DE Samson Ebukam (hamstring), DE Za’Darius Smith (neck), LB Kendal Daniels (neck), OT Cameron Williams (ankle), WR Beaux Collins (hip) and WR Olamide Zaccheaus (shoulder). The defensive absences and uncertainty are the main concern.

BALTIMORE RAVENS
QB Lamar Jackson (ankle) remains QUESTIONABLE after limited practices throughout the week. His availability and mobility remain unresolved. OLB Tavius Robinson (torn pectoral) is out for the season, and S Jaylinn Hawkins (knee) is OUT this week. CB T.J. Tampa Jr. (knee) is DOUBTFUL; DT Broderick Washington (ankle) is QUESTIONABLE.

BUFFALO BILLS
BYE WEEK. WR DJ Moore (shoulder) and DT Ed Oliver (knee) both missed Buffalo’s last game. Their recovery remains worth following before Week 8; there is no Week 7 game designation.

CAROLINA PANTHERS
OLB Jaelan Phillips (hamstring) and OLB Thomas Incoom (calf) are OUT. OT Monroe Freeling (knee) and LB Bam Martin-Scott (hamstring) are QUESTIONABLE despite full practice participation. The edge-rushing absences are confirmed; Freeling’s status remains important for pass protection.

CHICAGO BEARS
Chicago already played Thursday. Friday’s major development: TE Cole Kmet suffered a season-ending knee injury and was placed on injured reserve. That removes a receiving and blocking option going forward.

CINCINNATI BENGALS
Cincinnati issued no game-status injury designations on its final Friday report. There are no new questionable, doubtful or out designations for this matchup.

CLEVELAND BROWNS
CB Denzel Ward (hand), S Grant Delpit (concussion/shoulder), LB Quincy Williams (neck) and RB Dylan Sampson (knee) are QUESTIONABLE. G Teven Jenkins (back) and DT Mike Hall Jr. (ankle) are OUT. Ward was added Friday, making the secondary a significant late-week watch.

DALLAS COWBOYS
MONDAY GAME — final designations come Saturday. WR/returner KaVontae Turpin (ribs), OT Drew Shelton (hamstring) and LB Dee Winters (calf) did not practice Friday. OT Broderick Jones (wrist) and S P.J. Locke (foot) were limited. These are practice statuses, not final rulings.

DENVER BRONCOS
S Talanoa Hufanga (ankle), OLB Jonah Elliss (ankle) and RB Tyler Badie (thumb) are OUT. CB Patrick Surtain II (ankle) and RB Jonah Coleman (ankle) are QUESTIONABLE. Coleman also requires activation to play. Surtain’s availability is the biggest remaining defensive question with Hufanga already unavailable.

DETROIT LIONS
C Cade Mays (wrist) and S Brian Branch (Achilles) are QUESTIONABLE while working toward returns from reserve lists. Both are expected to be activated and play, but activation and availability still need confirmation. Branch’s workload could also be managed.

GREEN BAY PACKERS
LB Zaire Franklin (shin) is OUT after a Thursday practice injury. G Aaron Banks (knee/toe), CB Benjamin St-Juste (hamstring), DT Jordon Riley (Achilles) and WR Bo Melton (back) are QUESTIONABLE. Franklin’s absence affects the middle of the defense; Banks is the main offensive-line watch.

HOUSTON TEXANS
RB David Montgomery (groin), OT Blake Fisher (thumb), S Reed Blankenship (concussion/hand) and S Jalen Pitre (shoulder) are OUT. WR Tank Dell (knee) remains QUESTIONABLE despite three full practices and still needs his return finalized. Missing both safeties is the biggest defensive concern.

INDIANAPOLIS COLTS
TE Tyler Warren (groin), CB Sauce Gardner (calf) and WR Anthony Gould (concussion) are OUT. LB CJ Allen (ankle), LB Bryce Boettcher (groin), CB Justin Walley (knee) and P Rigoberto Sanchez (right foot) are QUESTIONABLE. Warren and Gardner are major losses on opposite sides of the ball; Sanchez’s status also matters for field position.

JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS
BYE WEEK. LT Anton Harrison is out for the season after a torn right ACL was discovered during Thursday’s surgery. This is a lasting pass-protection loss, not an injury the bye week can resolve.

KANSAS CITY CHIEFS
WR Rashee Rice (hamstring/knee), RT Jaylon Moore (concussion) and RB Brashard Smith (hamstring) are OUT. LT Josh Simmons (back) is on injured reserve, leaving Kansas City without both starting tackles. CB L’Jarius Sneed (knee) and LB Cooper McDonald (knee) are QUESTIONABLE; McDonald requires activation. Protection and receiver availability are the main offensive concerns.

LAS VEGAS RAIDERS
RB Mike Washington Jr. (foot/back) is QUESTIONABLE after missing Thursday and Friday practices. The coaching staff expects him to play, but that is not a confirmed active designation. WR Dont’e Thornton Jr. (hamstring) and TE Carter Runyon (foot) are OUT.

LOS ANGELES CHARGERS
BYE WEEK. WR Ladd McConkey suffered a concussion in the October 18 game against Kansas City. His clearance must be verified when Los Angeles resumes game-week reporting; there is no Week 7 game designation.

LOS ANGELES RAMS
WR Puka Nacua (calf) is QUESTIONABLE after getting hurt Thursday and missing Friday’s practice. CB Trent McDuffie (groin) is also QUESTIONABLE after missing practice all week. ILB Nate Landman (concussion) is OUT. With WR Davante Adams already on injured reserve with a hamstring rupture, Nacua’s status carries added importance for the passing game.

MIAMI DOLPHINS
CB Reese Taylor (quadriceps) is OUT. EDGE Rob Beal Jr. (hamstring) is DOUBTFUL. LB Willie Gay (illness) and S Kyle Louis (knee) are QUESTIONABLE. The remaining uncertainty is concentrated in defensive depth.

MINNESOTA VIKINGS
RB Jordan Mason (thumb) is QUESTIONABLE as he works toward a return from injured reserve. He still needs activation, and a return would not automatically guarantee his normal workload.

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS
New England already played Thursday. G Alijah Vera-Tucker (hamstring) and G Mike Onwenu (ankle) are on injured reserve. The Patriots used Walter Rouse and Matt Pryor at guard, while RT Morgan Moses played through a foot issue. The offensive-line injury cluster remains important heading into the next game.

NEW ORLEANS SAINTS
G Cesar Ruiz (knee) is QUESTIONABLE after returning to limited work Friday following two missed practices. DT Nathan Shepherd (illness) is also QUESTIONABLE after missing Friday. Ruiz is the main protection and interior run-blocking concern.

NEW YORK GIANTS
LB Tremaine Edmunds (shoulder) and CB Greg Newsome II (concussion) are OUT. TE Theo Johnson (neck) is DOUBTFUL. QUESTIONABLE: CB Paulson Adebo (knee), OT Jermaine Eluemunor (calf), S Jevón Holland (concussion), OT Marcus Mbow (knee) and S Tyler Nubin (neck). The secondary has multiple availability questions, with additional uncertainty at tackle and tight end.

NEW YORK JETS
RB Breece Hall (quadriceps), RB Kene Nwangwu (knee) and OL Dylan Parham (knee) are QUESTIONABLE. LB Kiko Mauigoa (quadriceps), OL Max Mitchell (concussion) and EDGE Joseph Ossai (ankle) are OUT. Hall was limited Friday; neither his availability nor his normal workload is confirmed.

PHILADELPHIA EAGLES
MONDAY GAME — final designations come Saturday. WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring), WR Dontayvion Wicks (ankle), TE Dallas Goedert (knee), OLB Jonathan Greenard (ankle), OLB Nolan Smith (concussion) and DB Michael Carter (abdomen) did not practice Friday. RB Saquon Barkley (hamstring), G Landon Dickerson (knee/pectoral), OLB Jalyx Hunt (knee/ankle), OLB A.J. Epenesa (back) and OL Tyler Steen (shoulder) were limited. Receiving options, Barkley and the pass rush all need Saturday follow-up.

PITTSBURGH STEELERS
WR Ben Skowronek (calf) and CB Brandin Echols (hamstring) are OUT. RB Rico Dowdle (knee) and S DeShon Elliott (knee) are QUESTIONABLE; Elliott also requires activation. Friday’s participation levels were estimates after weather disrupted practice.

SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS
WR Mike Evans (ribs/Achilles), WR Deebo Samuel (hamstring), DE Nick Bosa (knee/calf), LB Luke Gifford (groin), LB Garret Wallow (hamstring) and S Marques Sigle (ankle) are OUT. WR Christian Kirk (calf), CB Upton Stout (shoulder) and DB Siran Neal (knee) are QUESTIONABLE. Kirk needs activation. The receiver losses and Bosa’s absence are the largest matchup concerns.

SEATTLE SEAHAWKS
RB Zach Charbonnet (knee), LB Drake Thomas (ankle) and LB Chazz Surratt (calf) are OUT. S Nick Emmanwori (hip), OLB Uchenna Nwosu (hip), OLB DeMarcus Lawrence (knee), OLB Connor O’Toole (hamstring) and backup QB Drew Lock (right elbow) are QUESTIONABLE. Emmanwori was added Friday; the defensive availability questions deserve attention before kickoff.

TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS
QB Baker Mayfield (right thumb) remains officially QUESTIONABLE despite full participation all three days. Coach Todd Bowles expects him to start, but expected availability is different from being officially active. WR Emeka Egbuka (concussion/foot), RT Luke Goedeke (calf) and S Antoine Winfield Jr. (rib) are OUT. Even with Mayfield expected back, Tampa still has meaningful receiving, protection and secondary absences.

TENNESSEE TITANS
WR Calvin Ridley (hip), RB Tyjae Spears (knee), S Tony Adams (ankle) and S Kevin Winston Jr. (quadriceps) are QUESTIONABLE. Ridley missed Friday’s practice, keeping his availability a significant concern. Spears’ status also leaves uncertainty in the backfield rotation.

WASHINGTON COMMANDERS
BYE WEEK. WR Terry McLaurin is out for the season with a torn left patellar tendon. That is a lasting loss for the receiving corps; there is no Week 7 game designation.
