NFL WEEK 4 — CLUSTER INJURIES TO MONITOR
Wednesday, September 30, 2026 — Early Morning Update
BALTIMORE RAVENS
Offensive line: Starting center Jovaughn Gwyn (ankle) and backup Ethan Pocic (knee) both have injuries described as long-term. Rookie guard Vega Ioane is preparing to move to center, creating another change at guard.
CAROLINA PANTHERS
Secondary: Jaycee Horn has a significant quad injury, and Mike Jackson is dealing with a groin injury. Carolina is expected to be without both starting cornerbacks against Detroit, although Jackson’s final game designation remains unconfirmed.
CLEVELAND BROWNS
Offensive line: Elgton Jenkins remained a nonparticipant Tuesday with a concussion. Teven Jenkins (back) and Tytus Howard (knee) were limited. Three linemen are affected, but they are not three confirmed absences. Wednesday’s final designations are the next check before Thursday’s Pittsburgh game.
DALLAS COWBOYS
Secondary: P.J. Locke is on injured reserve, and Jalen Thompson is expected to miss at least four weeks with a hamstring injury. Cobie Durant is unlikely to play against Houston, while Malik Hooker may need more recovery time. Shavon Revel is expected to return to practice and still has a chance to play.
Defensive line: Jonathan Bullard is expected to miss 3–5 weeks with a calf injury, adding another absence to an already depleted defense.
SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS
Defensive line: Nick Bosa and James Thompson Jr. are ruled out for Week 4. Mykel Williams’ practice window is scheduled to open Wednesday, and Romello Height is expected to return to practice. Their game availability still needs confirmation.
TENNESSEE TITANS
Offensive line: Fernando Carmona and Jackson Slater were both placed on injured reserve Tuesday. Tennessee has lost the starter and his replacement at the same guard position ahead of the Baltimore game.
